I used to right-click most anywhere on a webpage and the option to choose any bkmrk folder, or create a new subfolder. There was no message stating "page bookmarked"; I would select where I wanted to file the bkmrk and the bkmrk would be there. Simple concept. worked well. Was efficient bcs you never had to reorient to any other part of the screen, or at least not the periphery. R-click --> "bookmark this page" menu appears as if it were a context menu. I just downloaded and installed FF 32.0.2. The r-click feature I speak of disappeared with the upgrade just before this one.

It's the blue star in the grouping of 4 images at the top of that context menu.

Thanks. I think I clicked on that somewhere in the proceedings, but maybe not. i agree with several other posters, though; a lot of changes generally do not seem necessary or to significantly improve anything. However I am a psychologist, not an IT pro and maybe I just don't understand. What was wrong with it the way it was, I wonder.... Thanks again. I won't lose any sleep over it.
