The message about CVE-2009-3555 is meant for webmasters to make them aware that they need to fix their servers. It needs to be resolved by the webmaster or their web host. Nothing an individual user can do to fix that.

Has this been fixed yet? There should be an option to proceed anyway, not just fail with a hidden message on the error console.
