Hi ukelady, Are you accessing the website using your usual network?
Yes, I either click on a Fresh Direct e-mail and go there or I enter the address into my browser. I can get to a first Fresh Direct page, but when I try to go to another one I get this message: Access Denied You don't have permission to access "http://www.freshdirect.com/" on this server.

Hi ukelady123, Can you try clearing the cookies and site data for the freshdirect website? You can click the "lock" icon on the address bar when the page is open, click "Clear cookies and site data", and click "Remove". Afterwards, refresh the page.
I tried this a few times. I can get to a Fresh Direct page, but none of the links are active. it won't let me sign in or enter the correct zip code on the page. When I try do move to another page I get access denied again.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
