What in Firefox is not working? We might be able to help you to fix it.

Everything internet stopped. I would see my home page "www.google.com" and in the search field I put Amazon to get to my account and the web page that came up was alerted by my virus program as a TROJAN and the web address was a weird "....bellete....." it had a long string of address but it was definitely wrong. I tried multiple searches and they all came up to same site and my security software tagged them as TROJANs. I switched to IE which was not my default and tried one search and bam it went to Amazon, and eBay, etc. I searched the Mozilla Hep web site with IE to see what to to do to fix my Firefox. The only real answer I found was to delete the program (loose all bookmarks and passwords) and to try reinstalling. Since I was using a new Beta version of Mozilla. I thought it best to leave a comment. My Security software has scanned my entire system multiple times since Mozilla removal and found nothing all the way to the Root directly. It is set to scan hourly and still found nothing outside of Mozilla for the problem.

Install the 'normal' Firefox and see if the issue is there. After, if you want, you can return to the beta channel. Note: Betas are prone to problems that need to be found and reported.
