How can I let Thunderbird attach the public key associated with each email account to each email sent from it?

I use Thunderbird 60.4.0 (64-Bit) under Xubuntu 16.04 to manage four email accounts. I also use Enigmail Version 2.0.9 (20181209-1409) in connection with it.

Three of the mail accounts have associated pairs of public/private GPG keys. Somehow I manged to set it that the GPG key for the first account is automatically appended to each outgoing mail from that account. However, for the fourth account (which is other than the other accounts an IMAP-account, but I don't know if this has an influence on my problem) I have to set the checkmark to attach its public key for each mail to be sent separately. I did not find the place where to make it a default setting for this account.

When inspecting all the menus of Thunderbird I found out that the menu *Bearbeiten>Einstellungen* (in the German version, the settings dialog under the second leftmost category) in the tab *Data protection* looks different depending on which menu was visited before:

Sometimes the questions relating to the Enigmail Junior mode (what ever this is) are a above the email content related category, sometimes they are the last of the three categories. This menu can also be reached via the *burger>settings*. It depends on which of the settings tabs was last visited when closing the settings dialog, if the "above" or the "below" version comes up. I was unable to find out a rule which governs this behavior.

That's really confusing and strange. The programmers of that part should take a closer look at the source code because such a behavior often is an indication for poorly initialized variables or similar issues.

On https://sourceforge.net/p/enigmail/forum/support/thread/79a26512/?limit=25#237c Olav Seyfarth posted this picture: https://sourceforge.net/p/enigmail/forum/support/thread/79a26512/226f/attachment/attach%20own%20key%20per%20default.png

However I can't reach this dialog window "Erweiterte Enigmail-Einstellungen" (augmented Enigmail-Settings). How do I get there?

In the left column, I don't have the choice "privat" shown in his picture. I rather have a cascaded tree symbolizing my four email-accounts and their folders (they can be minimized) and below them there is just a category "lokale Ordner" with sub-folders trashcan and out bin.

But I can't get such "erweiterte Enigmail-Einstellungen".

This is the Thunderbird support forum. What I know about enigmail is long ago exhausted in this thread. I do not use the add-on and you would be lucky to find anyone who is regularly in this forum that does. If you want support with Enigmail please seek it in the enigmail support forum.
