How do you unblock a blocked redirected site?
I'm using Quantum 64.0.2. I had a redirect warning when clicking on a Wikipedia link in Google and accidentally hit "block". Now, I can't access ANY Wikipedia pages from a Google search. I CAN go there if I type wikipedia in the address bar, and use the links in Wikipedia to get around it. I can also go anywhere else from a Google Search.
I know Google uses specialized links that redirect to the appropriate page, but I have looked at everything that has to do with blocking or redirecting and none of them let me modify a list of things I added because I said to block them when a redirection warning pop-up was clicked. I am completely blocked from using Google to get to Wikipedia (even some addons won't work to do it like ), and it has to do with redirection and some list somewhere saying what to block.
I have had no other block warnings, either, so unless I'm just lucky in not hitting a link that redirects me enough to get the warning, that may be broken as well.
Any clues here?

A redirect warning from Firefox doesn't have any consequences and what you choose is never saved.
You have content blocking extensions like Adblock Plus and NoScript that can block content and that will remember your choice, so it is much more likely that one of these are responsible for you your issue.

Thank you!
I found the issue in NoScript under advanced settings that dealt with suspicious cross-site links. Google and Wikipedia are now on speaking terms again.
