Hopefully they'll get back to us Wednesday Pacific time.

If this is time sensitive, just submit it any way you can ASAP and let me know what you had to do to get the form to submit (e.g. fill in some other "New School" or some other selection) and then once I get the recruiting team's contact info I'll let them know to expect your application.
