Firefox won`t work reliably unless options opened and nothing changed. I have never seen it fail with options opened.

When this problem occur for the first time? At the first install of FF or since a couple of days?
Problem surfaced a few weeks ago. Firefox has been working fine for many months.

In the window that appear on the bottom, mark "Choose a different restore point"; Click Next > Check "Show more restore points Choose a restore point before the problem occur Your documents will not be affected only the programs installed in this interval. Hope this help!
