I create an e-mail account at unseen.is

I have sent and received e-mail to and from that account, using Firefox browser and the e-mail service page. .

I created / setup this e-mail using Thundebird. and it works ok

BUT: I create a second e-mail account also at unseen.is, and that second account works ok [sent and receive e-mail to and from that account, WHEN using Firefox browser and the e-mail service page WEB. ]

PROBLEM: I cannot create / setup the second e-mail using Thundebird.

What I get is: user name or password invalid - AND configuration could not be verified - is the username or password wrong?

as you can see at screenshot pic. I uploaded.

thanks.

Have you tried the username with the full email address, that is, including the "@unseen.is"?

Besides using your full email address for the User name, you must enter the settings given by the mail provider. Note that they offer IMAP accounts as well, which offer greater flexibility.
