Hi there,

We have been using Mozilla Thunderbird for a very long time now and on the 2nd December 2016 one of our computers where receiving emails fine, and all of a sudden we cannot receive emails or send emails. We have 5 work stations and 4/5 are working fine sending and receiving.

I have also checked our hosting company and they said everything is sending fine. I have also checked our mobile phones and they are sending to them also. So I am a little lost as I have re-installed Thunderbird on the machine that it is not working and yet I cannot send or receive emails.

Can you please assist as it is quite important we have emails being sent and received.

Thank you

Restart Thunderbird with add-ons disabled (Thunderbird Safe Mode). On the Help menu, click on "Restart with Add-ons Disabled".

If Thunderbird works like normal, there is an Add-on or Theme interfering with normal operations. You will need to re-enable add-ons one at a time until you locate the offender.

If that doesn't help, then Create a new profile in Thunderbird for testing
