There are no AOL buttons or customization options when the add-on is installed. Can this be fixed without downgrading Firefox?

I always install the AOL version of Firefox. Now I have most current version. Previously I had no problems using the AOL Toolbar, but it does not work at all anymore. I tried to reinstall the toolbar from AOL and got this error message:

Type about:support in the address bar and press Enter. Under the main banner, press the button; Copy Text To Clipboard.. Then in the reply box at the bottom of this page, do a right click in the box and select Paste. This will show us your system details. No Personal Information Is Collected.
