Hi,

I have dozens of filters, simply to move the messages to an appropriate folder, like social networks, services, forums, mailing lists, and so on.

It is a pain to create a filter every time a new unclassified message arrives. Also, it takes a lot of time, 1 min or so, to run all filters on my Inbox.

Is there a better way to achieve this? I wanted to be able to say "messages like this will go to this folder" by simply dragging or so.

Instead, I have to:

1. copy "from" address 2. open filters 3. select appropriate folder filter 4. scroll down the list of rules and add a new one 5. apply filter to Inbox

If there is no better way, how can I suggest such an improvement? It seems the IRC channels provide no help on this.

Thanks.

Try QuickFilters. It offers a drag-and-drop learning-by-example metaphor.
