It changes from solid green to having a yellow warning triangle on it?
That usually indicates that some HTTP content was loaded into the HTTPS page. If the page is normally secure, and reloading with Ctrl+r solves the problem, it could be a glitch in the cache.
Is it happening primarily on one site? In that case, we could look into whether there's a bug related to the design of that page.
the clearing cache seemed to have fixed it hopefully the issue doesn't return
yes it seems some websites still have the yellow warning sign the same issue
Hmm, it comes back? There is a mysterious problem with some pages where secure components appear to be insecure when loaded from the cache. There is a workaround, but I don't know if anyone has tracked the cause of the problem down to the point that it can be fixed.
The workaround is as follows:
(1) In a new tab, type or paste about:config in the address bar and press Return/ Enter. Click the button promising to be careful.
(2) In the search box above the list, type or paste sess and pause while the list is filtered
(3) Double-click the browser.sessionhistory.max_total_viewers preference and change the value from -1 to 0 (that's a zero).
(Please don't change any other similar-sounding settings to 0 or you may disable Firefox's ability to save/restore your open windows and tabs.)
There might be a slight performance penalty for this change, but you probably won't notice it. Firefox will still used cached files, it will just reassemble the page in a different way that usually works around this issue.
You can check the Net log in the Web Console and the Network Monitor (Firefox/Tools > Web Developer) to see if content fails to load or is possibly blocked.
Use Ctrl+F5 or Ctrl+Shift+R to reload the page and bypass the cache to generate a fresh log.
how can i copy all the information from web console and post it on here?

most of it is saying no element found and there is a message in red 13:20:22.882 This site makes use of a SHA-1 Certificate; it's recommended you use certificates with signature algorithms that use hash functions stronger than SHA-1.1
The certificate warning is meant for website administrator that they need to update their security. You can ignore this message as a normal visitor. Only messages about blocked content matter in this case.
it seems the sites haven't updated them yet when visiting them on update firefox some of the websites have same message
The Web Console has a number of different sections. If you find the word Network along the top edge of the console and click that, then reload the page above it, Firefox should show the files that are (and are not) getting retrieved into the page. There should be green lock next to the site name on the secure requests, so that may help you in spotting the non-secure content loading into the page, if any.
