Hi Team,

We are using JWPlayer 6.8 and we are facing an error with loading of the video in player with Firefox browser version (40.0.2) . This is a random issue when we play video sometimes it works fine but after reloading the page, JWPlayer becomes unresponsive .

You can test the same with the following link and find the attached video of the same issue which we are currently facing. http://ocw2.mit.edu/courses/biology/7-012-introduction-to-biology-fall-2004/video-lectures/lecture-1-introduction/

Video sample: http://simiancheese.com/ff_YT_issue.mov.zip

Kindly suggest how should we resolve this issue, these videos are working fine in rest all the browsers like chrome, IE.

Please let me know if I can provide more information.

Regards, Sanjay

Currently the first video plays after Flash is activated.

I do not know if anything has changed however it is suggested here

In your video Flash player is playing a swf file, I do not see the JWplayer, unless the JWplayer defaults to flash player when it cannot play that video type. It workd 3 out of 4 times, does that ever happen on the first load and not when its refreshed?
