If I send telemetry information, is there any chance of a threat to my computer and personal security?
I read the info provided and understand that details of my computer use and I.P. address are gathered for experimental and data statistics. Is there any chance of my data being compromised as it is sent, or after it is received? I'm sure most people would have their question answered by the information provided. You normally offer the only instructions I can understand. I apologize for my lack of knowledge.
However, I do trust Mozilla/Firefox and despise "that other browser" and their attempt at email. I only used it temporarily because I need to download my email from Juno and thought they were the only ones that offered that option.
LOL...I need a complete encyclopaedia of "Everything for Computers: Your PC, Firefox, Email, Windows, Understanding Terms, etc." Until someone educated me yesterday, I planned to switch my email to Thunderbird just because it is your product - but it doesn't include an email account.
Also, I am about to attempt to create a new Firefox account and update to the new Sync...I've copied everything, but if you have any tips or information to help me not mess up....Please let me know.
Thank you very much for being there, being Mozilla Firefox!

If the data is sent via a secured link, there should be no problem.
