I can't log in
Hello, I am trying to reset the background colouirs on mozillazine as advised by this forum, but, when I go to login which it asks me to do it says : "There is no user by the name "[email protected]". Check your spelling, or create a new account. " the thing is I am typing this user name in on my tablet without a capital t at the start of the name but it keeps using a capital t, maybe thats it?
I have gone on to my email account and reset the password, still the same. I have tried logging in on both tablet and pc, still the same.
Obviously I do have the username [email protected] because it keeps sending me emails there so I can reset it.
Here is a link to my page so you can see the entire problem http://kb.mozillazine.org/index.php?title=Special:Userlogin&action=submitlogin&type=login&returnto=Knowledge_Base
hope you can help,
thanks Tim

Why are you trying to login to the kb.mozillazine.org ? You only need to login i if you are going to make new articles or article edits. Unless you have a old account from several years ago or had a account approved very recently you likely may not have an account for that KB.
Also if you have questions for mozillaZine they can be asked in http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewforum.php?f=11 though you shouldnot post your email in public for spambots to find.
I have to go for some four hours.

Hi Tim,
Quick update: you don't need to use the Mozillazine site and you shouldn't be ending up on there.
I think there must have been a mishap while you were trying to change your background colour settings, and you've ended up on the Mozillazine site by accident.
I'm sorry that the instructions for changing your background colour are quite complicated.
You've recently made a new forum thread about this issue, so I've posted more information there, including a video of how to change the background colour setting.
We'll help you get to the bottom of this - don't worry - but I think we should try to keep discussion in one forum thread. Could you take a look at the video and information in the new forum thread and let us know whether it helps over there? :)
Best,
Jayelbe
