how do I get rid of funmood when I download firefox?
Whenever I log into FireFox, funmood is the home page. I've tried every way I know to get rid of it and can't do it. I've uninstalled firefox twice and re downloaded it. Still funmood is the firefox home page. Also, when funmoods showed up on my browser, I started getting ultiple javascript errors everytime I went from page to page or website to website. The problem is such a bother that I've quit using FireFox until this problem can be resolved. I'll have to use Internet Explorer and I HATE Internet Explorer. Please tell me how to get rid of the javascript errors and funmood

That may have been added by an extension or because you installed some (smiley) software on the computer.
Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
- Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

I also had to go into my registry and clean funmoods out of several locations there, nasty stuff.Uninstall and get rid of the plug in first, then you go into your registry and do searches for funmoods you will have to delete it out of several folders.
went to major geeks and downloaded free registry repair 2.6 and it fixed it
I think I got funmoods from one of two places. I went to firefox to check if my extensions were up to date. I updated Java, but I think Java is a legitimate site. There was another extension dealing with micro soft office that said it would download documents from micro soft office. I started an installation, but didn't like the way it looked and cancelled it, but I think it got me funmoods toolbar and program.. I removed the funmoods program, but the toolbar was still there. II went to malware bites and ran a full scan and removed 19 infected objects labelled funmoods.. The funmood toolbar was still there. I then clicked on firefox, then help, then troubleshooting information, then on reset firefox to default state. That got rid of the funmoods toolbar.
