Disable Spy Sweeper's tracking cookies
How do I disable Webroot Spy Sweeper's tracking cookies? I have trouble with script running that slows down my computer, but do not know what extension it originates from.

Exactly which extensions do you have installed?
If you were using Firefox 3.6 or 4.0 you would be able to open Troubleshooting Information and create a text file, that you could copy'n'paste into this form for us to view.
I haven't installed any. I seem to have the slow-down from script after I access YouTube.
My instructions tell me to find the location bar (where is that in Windows XP?), enter about:configure and press Enter. Doesn't work So I cannot do any of the following:
Warning page comes up. I agree to be careful. Then I am to search for preference dom.max-script.run/time and double click. enter integer value prompt, type 20, press OK.
