I can't unblock the pop ups and therefore can't send email attachments or download pdfs from the web. Also there are no phone numbers to call to ask, and my hands hurt from typing. I miss the 90s. Please help.

I already unselected pop block ups. and if I close the browser I'm going to lose the work i did on this stupid web pdf. Please help, or send a phone number to a human? thank you.
Are you referring to an email account which you are using in Firefox? If so, while on the site, open the Info page (using ctl+i) and, on the permissions tab, for Open Pop-up Windows, select Allow.

If you are referring to websites generally, see Settings > Privacy & Security > Permissions : unselect Block pop-up windows.
