I am using Thunderbird 102 and in the last couple of months I have found that some messages following download to Inbox of mail account when run through the filters are not copied or moved correctly. Either only some of header info such as Subject appear in target folder or content only displays in HTML. If message is still in Inbox I can copy such messages manually with no problem. The problem does not seem to relate to particular email sources or type of content. E.g. today I had three e-mails from Facebook downloaded at same time where one was copied fully and the other two with just the headers. My filters are set to process before Junk Classification. Any clues?

Generally this occurs when folk are using IMAP account and filters to try and make local copies of their mail. The mail gets copied before it is actually fully downloaded.

One thing you can do to mitigate the issue is to set the filter execution to "after classification"
