I installed update 2021.04.1 for Waterfox Classic (I am using for EMail). After that I cannot access my Email which uses SSL protection through port 2096 (https). I get following error message:

"This address is restricted

This address uses a network port which is normally used for purposes other than Web browsing. Waterfox has canceled the request for your protection."

I browsed to the following page: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1083282 for help and changed according to that my settings of Waterfox (allowed the port 2096).

However nothing changed. I cannot still access the EMail domain.

Strange is that every other browsers work OK including FireFox.

Hi Pete

This does not sound like an issue with Firefox, but is something that the Waterfox support team should be able to help you with.

Waterfox browser's Waterfox Help threw me here.

Ok. it must be something with the latest update. I reinstalled the former version and my EMail access returned.

Thanks

Pete
