Need help finding the approporiate version of Lightning [win10]
Just upgraded to Thunderbird 60.3.0. Best version match for Lightning is 6.2.3 according to https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/Calendar/Calendar_Versions#Stable_Releases
Can't find it the desired version here https://addons.thunderbird.net/en-US/thunderbird/addon/lightning/ Uncle Google isn't being very helpful either
Where's that bad boy hiding? lol

https://www.thunderbird.net/en-US/thunderbird/60.3.0/releasenotes/ points to a calendar help article which should help make you whole. Let us know how it goes.
Thank you for mentioning the MDN article. I will put a link there also.

Thank you. Seems like Mozilla's left hand isn't talking to it's right... according to https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/Calendar/Calendar_Versions, 6.2.3 is a stable release.
Anyhow, thanks for your functional ink. Next dumb question, which of the roughly 50 files in this repository is the 'right file'? I'm guessing lightning-6.2b3.ca.xpi since I'm in Canada. Correct?
... and off topic, are you by any chance from Melbourne? I stayed at a couple of nights at hostel called Toad Hall way back when dinosaurs roamed the earth, 1996

Thank you, but the link you point to is pretty convoluted, my gut tells me it's not quite the right spot, and I'd rather not go hunting. Toad-Hall provided a direct link that gets me exactly where I need to be in one click. Thanks to you both :)
My point in sending you to release notes is to allow you to self help in the future because
a) it is the place where we can explain current issues
b) the KB article to which it points, gives you a procedure which doesn't involve downloading and installing - which believe it or not can cause its own problems
Understood and agreed. Normally I would do such due diligence, as it so happens today I had multiple other fires to put out and wanted to be spoon-fed this particular nugget. All installed, all good, thanks as alway to all the moderators and contributors in the Mozilla support community :)
