Why can I get better results on a site with Internet Explorer than Firefox?
When viewing my bank website on Firefox, I can see all information concerning my accounts but cannot view my monthly statements however I can view and print the statements when using Internet Explorer. My bank says it is a Firefox problem? Can anyone help

Hello, your bank is probably using Adobe Flash with ActiveX, ActiveX is exclusive to Internet Explorer. You can try this add-on as a work around: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/ie-view-we/
If this solved your problem, mark as solution.
Are those bank statements packaged in a PDF file?

uninstall Firefox. Then Delete the Mozilla Firefox Folders in C:\Program Files and C:\Program Files(x86) Then restart system. Then run Windows Disk Cleanup. Then run it again and click the button that says Cleanup System Files. Note: your Firefox Profile is saved. But you should make a back up before you do : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/back-and-restore-information-firefox-profiles
Reinstall with Current Release Firefox 57.0.2 with a Full Version Installer https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/

See if you can find updates for your Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600 as they are unknown yrs old : driverDate: 8-4-2015 You can Google Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600 and find the download page https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/81496/Intel-HD-Graphics-4600, but you may have to know what generation chipset you are using. CPU-Z would tell you this https://www.cpuid.com/ Can also try : https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/detect.html I see no errors in the drivers. Old & corrupted Drivers cause a wide range of issues. Please keep them updated to prevent issues and you never know when Intel will stop supporting them.
Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.
