Clicking 'Add-ons' menu does not open
This is happening more and more, and becoming increasingly frustrating.
Here is the problem. After using Firefox Quantum for a short while, I will check the 'Add-ons' menu to see if there are any updates for my add-ons, but the menu does not open. Other menu options open without issue.
I have to restart the browser to access the 'Add-ons' menu. This is only successful for a time, as the problem of not being able to open this menu resurfaces.

When the issue presents itself, the about:addons page displays okay, but the shortcut Ctrl+Shift+A does not.
I rebooted the system first of all and that appeared to resolve the issue, but unfortunately after prolonged use, it has returned.
My system is complete clean installation of Windows 10 Fall Creators Update, so not sure a reinstall would work (willing to try though).
In case of interest, I only have two addons installed: Adblock Plus and NoScript.
