How can I get my address book and folders from Thunderbird to AOL
Verizon has just transfered emails over to AOL on doing so my address book and folders have been left behind, how can I get these over to AOL ?

Re folders: I assume you mean folders of saved mail? If it's an IMAP account you mark the folders to subscribe and I think they should be created on the server. If it's a POP account I don't think you can re-create them on the server, maybe someone else knows better. Re address book: does AOL allow you to import address book contacts? If so, in what format(s)?
