why is "about.preferences.incontent" not listed in about:config?

the solution to to rid the options tab from loading says to modify about:config > browser.preferences.incontent to a negative, bout it's not listed

Hello klokm, the browser.preferences.incontent not exist any more from firefox 42 and above :(
