Firefox for Android doesn't use the operating system's SSL store, and there doesn't seem to be a reasonable way to add a self-signed CA to the application's SSL store either. Please expose a workflow which will allow a user to manually add a CA to Firefox for Android. P.S. Since Firefox uses a custom SSL store as well (but at least there's a way to add one), I think you should consider adding the manually added CAs as part of the sync even. P.P.S. Personally, I would also use the OS' store at least as a base template for the application's store if possible.
