windows 10 64 bit ie 11 will firefox work
thinking about changing from w7 home premium ie11 to windows 10 but still need firefox and duck duck go is this possible or am i better migrating to Ubuntu 14.04 with my firefox tried Opera Chrome IE and Firefox Do not want to lose Firefox at least it works well on linux

You shouldn't upgrade to Windows 10 until it's final, the builds out now are just Beta's and you won't be able to use them after the beta period. However, once Windows 10 comes out you will absolutely be able to use Firefox and duck duck go with it.
