This is my second message to you. I am becoming very frustrated with Foxfire - I thought I had found the answer to my dreams when my Internet Explorer would not work for me as an email provider. This is a new computer to me so all my settings and programs are having to be set up again. I like Foxfire and have set up an email account. My email is [email protected] but I cant locate the account. Please can you send me an instruction on how to find it to my Explorer email. [email protected] I would appreciate your assistance with this problem. I have been trying to use my email ever since last night. Reload the webpage while bypassing the cache

  • Hold down the Shift key and click the Reload button with a left click.
  • Press Ctrl + F5 or Ctrl + Shift + R (Windows and Linux)
  • Press Command + Shift + R (Mac)

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

Clear the Cache: Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"

Remove Cookies from sites causing problems:

  • Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to Troubleshoot the issue and to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).
