When attempting to access AT&T Yahoo e-mail through Firefox I get an error message.
When I attempt to access AT&T Yahoo e-mail from Firefox I get an error message:
Your screen resolution is set below our minimum recommendation of 1024 x 600 pixels.
When I reset my screen resolution (which by the way is > that requested) AT&T Yahoo rejects the change and returns me to the error screen.
I've been receiving this error message for years, but until today, I could circumvent the error message by hitting a "Try Again" box on the page. That strategy stopped working today.
AT&T told me I had to use another browser! (If you contact me via e-mail I'll send you a pdf of that conversation.)
I like my Firefox, and it is very inconvenient to use another browser to access my e-mail account.
Help!

You may have zoomed the page(s) by accident.
Reset the page zoom on pages that cause problems.
- View > Zoom > Reset (Ctrl+0 (zero); Command+0 on Mac)

hello bart, could you go to firefox > help > troubleshooting information, copy the contents of that page and paste them here into a reply on the forum? this might give us a clue what is going on...

The proposed solution works, but immediately, and radically, reduces the size of the text.
Again, a functional solution, but inconvenient in that I immediately have to resize the text to read it comfortably.
Still a little frustrated.

The problem is that zooming a page affects the window dimensions that are reported via JavaScript and this makes the page smaller.
You can try to zoom the page at a later time to see if the script still objects.
You can also try to use zoom text only temporarily instead of full page zoom (View > Zoom).
