Certain things are not displaying that I know are there. For example, on one of my websites there are 3 banner ads and the bottom of the pages plus there is another line that has ads scrolling across the page, I can see it with IE or Chrome but on Firefox all I see are 2 banner ads and no scrolling ads. This is just one example but it seems 1that certain graphics or banner ads do not display. The site I mentioned is at http://www.ViralTrafficMania.com.

Other people with Firefox say it displays fine so it must be something in my settings but I can't find it, please help.

You don't happen to run any ad blockers or script blockers or privacy extensions, do you? To see whether any of your extensions could be responsible for the blocking, try the site in Firefox's Safe Mode. That's a standard diagnostic tool to bypass interference by extensions (and some custom settings). More info: Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode.

You can restart Firefox in Safe Mode using

Help > Restart with Add-ons Disabled

In the dialog, click "Start in Safe Mode" (not Reset)

Any difference?

P.S. Our security software says one of the images on your site is from a site that distributes malware, so I will not be exploring the page in detail myself.

can you tell me what software is reporting my site as malware? It is no true and I had already got one company to correct it in their reporting. I f there is someone else I need to contact them because it is totally false.

OK when I restart in safe mode everything does display so what should I look for that is causing this?

more options

If it works in Safe Mode and in normal mode with all extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) disabled then try to find which extension is causing it by enabling one extension at a time until the problem reappears.

Close and restart Firefox after each change via "Firefox > Exit" (Windows: Firefox/File > Exit; Mac: Firefox > Quit Firefox; Linux: Firefox/File > Quit)

The warning is for this URL in the page (img src perhaps): http://www.coolcat-casino.eu/view/7/2062/10051/

Hi Ed, I get 3 other banners at the moment, with no warnings. Yes, the warnings were from the web reputation component of Trend Micro's small business security product.

Thanks, I will contact them but let me make sure I understand, my site is not being blocked is it, it's just a warning about the ad, right?

Hi ed17hunt, yes, your site was never blocked, and the currently displayed ad images are not blocked. I think it just came up in the rotation that one time.

OK thanks, I appreciate you checking it out. Also, I found the add-on that was causing my displays issues, thanks for that also. Ed
