Please check if all your plugins are up-to-date. To do this, go to the Mozilla Plugin Check site.
Once you're there, the site will check if all your plugins have the latest versions. If you see plugins in the list that have a yellow Update button or a red Update now button, please update these immediately.
To do so, please click each red or yellow button. Then you should see a site that allows you to download the latest version. Double-click the downloaded file to start the installation and follow the steps mentioned in the installation procedure.
NB: Mozilla is tracking some of those issues in bug reports. All of your issues are caused by Flash.
I do know that I have a serious issue with flash. I constantly get errors saying it is busy, and you tube is always crashing or the videos stop playing and i am told flash is busy.. I have been working on fixing flash for 2 months.. one solution i have found that works is I close or end processes in task manager.. after a computer reboot task mgr will show 39 processes. after I end the ones that I know I don't need to be running I usually end up with 15 left running.
as for the plug in. the known plug ins are up to date. the unknown ones are 2 for advanced system care, windows presentation, google update ( for google earth,,I DO NOT USE CHROME) and microsoft DRM..these unknown ones have all been updated as off this message being sent..
I am running a computer from 2004. it is a AMD 3000+ with 1056 of RAM I personally think That my machine is to out of date and has no where near enough RAM. most browsers and other programs suck the computer's resources up. I think if i put in 2 - 1 gig mem sticks that some issues would be not " fixed" but fixed..
do you have any other thoughts or ideas??
Not right now, however, one of the issues is being worked on by adobe (well, as of last status, at least, which was from a year or two ago).
Can you try to disable hardware acceleration?
Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration. Since this feature was added to Firefox, it has gradually improved, but there still are a few glitches.
You might need to restart Firefox in order for this to take effect, so save all work first (e.g., mail you are composing, online documents you're editing, etc.).
Then perform these steps:
- Click the orange Firefox button at the top left, then select the "Options" button, or, if there is no Firefox button at the top, go to Tools > Options.
- In the Firefox options window click the Advanced tab, then select "General".
- In the settings list, you should find the Use hardware acceleration when available checkbox. Uncheck this checkbox.
- Now, restart Firefox and see if the problems persist.
Some workarounds that may help.
- Do not use Flash Player unless necessary possibly
- Use a newly created additional Firefox profile and disable Flash Player. Use that profile for browsing when you are not expecting to need Flash Videos
- Use Flash block or similar https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/flashblock/ (Alternatively No script is highly customisable, but may be rather troublesome setting up)
- Try Firefox Aurora channel. This is a bit of a longshot, but Aurora has a brand new reporter for Flash problems
- That may not be included in future Beta and Release versions immediately. I am wondering whether Aurora may assist you if you try filing bug reports for hangs or crashes involving FlashPlayer.
- Upgrading RAM
- I had AMDs running on XP and they improved noticeably with more RAM (especially as some RAM was used on their integrated graphics)
- Note It is possible to install multiple versions of Firefox. They may even be run simultaneously, and I have done that with 1GB RAM but it is better with more.
If a new profile works, transfer some files from the old one to the new one.

First off thank you all for the help. as of this message i have not had a crash since yesterday. I am testing my computer right now. I currently have 11 browser pages open 4 of which are youtube pages, tho no videos are being played. oh i had forgot that when i am viewing a video on a web page I open task manager and right click on FIREFOX and go to set priority and change it to HIGH I also do the same thing to the only thing that starts up in task manager when a video begins or animation is on the web page it is called PLUGIN-CONTAINER.exe once I have changed the task plugin-container to high i do notice that videos play smother, they don't un sync ( what happens is the picture will slow down, pause, studder to catch up to the time while that is happening the sound keeps on playing, then they match up and it happens all over again )...because of the age of my computer and the low amout of memory I have I checked out flash archive and uninstalled what had been my current version and reverted back to this version... 10.3.183.90 so far no crashes..
Note that the crash reports you posted show a problem with the Flash plugin.
