Bookmark icons in the Toolbar change randomly. In earlier versions of Firefox, you could just "delete icon" whenever that happened, but I can't do it in the newest version. What works for this? The mismatched icons offend my OCD.

This can be caused by a problem with the file places.sqlite that stores the bookmarks and the history.
