How can I assign hot keys to the Forward and Backward buttons?

I would like to use hot keys for the Forward and Backward browse buttons.

Keyboard shortcuts for forward and backward buttons are built into Firefox. Backward = Alt+Left Arrow. Forward = Alt+Right Arrow.
