Right click on the Firefox icon, press properties, then press Change Icon and you should be able to find the default Firefox icon.
Right click the icon in the dock --> Options --> Show in Finder
[the icon you see should be the normal Firefox icon]
Right click --> Copy
Paste on desktop
Drag to dock
