I was on tech support with Google because Google Drive won't load with Firefox unless in Private mode. I cleared cache and it still doesn't work. Any suggestions?

This is one reason I always advise online apps user if you use Microsoft online product or google software apps it's best to use Edge for MS apps and Chrome for Google apps to insure they work correctly and are stable.
