What is the option that you select when you right click and open?

Open.

Does the mouse pointer change to a finger-hand icon when you go to any link?

No, it doesn't. I've always just been able to double click on anything and it will open, but all of a sudden it no longer does that. I have to right click and click open.

Is this about opening a link on a webpage or a bookmark (what normally would be a single left-click) or about something else ?
