I cannot send e-mails.
When I try to send an e-letter or reply to an e-letter I have received, there is no "Send now" headline to press. Instead there is a picture of a pen resembling a slash (/), followed by the word "Write," and then, the subject title of the message to be sent. How can I correct this?

Hi James
What is the make and model of your Android device?
I have a Lenova computer, 64 gb with Windows 10. I bought it in October 2016
The computer I have is a Lenovo, Think pad, E460.
Oh, just to explain what happened here, your question was filed under Firefox for Android instead of Firefox for Windows/Mac/Linux.
And for fuller context, is this problem on the email provider's web page ("webmail") when you view it in Firefox, or is it in the stand-alone Thunderbird email program?
Once that is clear, a moderator can move your question.
I do not uderstand what is the email provider's web page ("webmail") when I view it in Firefox, nor the stand-alone Thunderbird email program. Can you please describe them?
If what you mean by the email provider's web page ("webmail") when I view it in Firefox, the list of all incoming e-letters, I have no problem there as I am not attempting to send an e-letter there. It is only when I try to answer an e-letter or have created an e-letter I want to send that the problem occurs.

Sorry I wasn't clear. Let me take Gmail as an example. If you have a Gmail account, you can access it in Firefox by going to https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/#inbox and reading/responding in the browser, or you can read your messages using a dedicated mail program like Mozilla Thunderbird. So the first question is how you are accessing your mail. If it's through Firefox, who is the email service provider (for example, Outlook, Xfinity, Google, Yahoo, etc.)?
