Hey, Follow these steps: 1.Go to Settings >> Cellular >> Personal Hotspot or Settings >> Personal Hotspot. 2.Tap the slider next to Allow Others to Join. 3.Open the system menu from the right side of the top bar.(Ubuntu if you have any other variant connect to WiFi) 4.Select Wi-Fi Not Connected. 5.Click Select Network. 6.Click the name of the network you want, then click Connect. 7.If the network is protected by a password (encryption key), enter the password when prompted and click Connect.
