My firefox browser will no longer open links to "gotowebinar"

Is that a custom protocol at the beginning of a link like "zoommtg:" ?

What happens when you click the link? Commonly, Firefox would either:

(A) Display a dialog indicating it doesn't know what to do with this protocol, pick a program

(B) Display a dialog indicating it knows of one or more program you can use, please pick one of those or a different one

(C) Automatically send the link to an external program
