There is a problem to insert data in outgoing mail. I can't find the menu

I can't find the button to insert data in my outgoing mail

Dear Sir, I have already solved the problem. There was no composition toolbar activated so i miss the paperclip.

Data? are you talking about attaching a file? Top right of the screen, looks like a paperclip
