not getting emails from mozilla/firefox

Not a huge problem, but have signed up for newsletters etc. and have never gotten any response or answer; you're not blocked, and my contact email address is still the same.

Such e-mail is always sent to the address on file with the website.

Check your user profile at the site.

Go to the top of any support.mozilla.org web page and press your username to see your Mozilla profile. Including your questions and answers.

hi fred, thanks, but : still not getting confirmation mail for newsletters, although I am obviously getting mails from this forum.

registered email address is correct.

never mind, will try again, as I say I am getting mails from you and others here, it's just the newsletter confirmation links that don't work, also, when I get the popup Take A Brief Survey that doesn't work either.......

Try and check if your email is the Correct address because normally people misspell it and it gets sent to a invalid email address or to someone's email inbox.

hi abitcat, yep, spelled correctly; don't get it, just updated ff, filled out new request form for newsletter but again not geting confirmation.

as I said not really that important but just don't get it.

maybe I should just change the contact email.

HAVE CHANGED FROM HOTMAIL TO OUTLOOK AND DID NOW GET A CONFIRMATION LINK, SO THAT MAY HAVE SOLVED IT, LET'S SEE. THNX FOR THE ADVICE/IDEAS
