How can I take all I have on explorer and put it on foxfire

I want to you foxfire all the time but I just cannot remember how to put all I had on explorer on foxfire, Like my favorites and tool bar from yahoo.

Just a quick note, it's Firefox, not foxfire.

It's easy to import from Internet Explorer! Follow the guide here: Import Bookmarks and other data from Microsoft Edge

You will need to get the Yahoo toolbar from Yahoo. Their download page is here: https://us.toolbar.yahoo.com/
