I have mail in Evolution. I want to move it to Thunderbird. My inbox structure has sub folders. I am running Ubuntu 14.10 fully updated and have just installed Thunderbird (9 Feb 2015). The screenshot shows the folder structure in Evolution.

...image attached....images can't be uploaded until registration complete but 'ask a question' lets you get as far as uploading and indeed posts a question prior to registration confirmation....hence two part question
