Under tools, addons.. Extensions.. nothing shows.
I click tools. I go to Addons.. 2nd tab down it should show all my plugin add ons.. yet nothing will load.. I tried installing a random add on yet nothing. I have the newest firefox. I have an annoying tool bar one of my children got installed and i want it gone. Yet to remove it it won't show. None of them. even in safe mode.

Hi,
You can try deleting the extensions.* files in the Firefox Profile Folder after exiting Firefox. At the next startup, Firefox may ask for permissions. You can ignore the unwanted ones and Continue, while for the add-ons you would like to keep, select Allow.... and Continue, click Restart only on the last tab. Please also see this.
You can also consider is the Reset Firefox feature via Help (Alt + H) > Troubleshooting Information.
(To revert to the previous profile, close the new profile, start Firefox and choose the *.default profile. While the Profile Manager is open, you can also delete the newly reset profile (the one containing random numbers)).
