Some of my sub-folders in the book marks no longer spring open. I've tried creating new subs and it seems that when I add certain book marks is when they stop working (ex http://inter800.com/ is one that stops a sub folder from opening)

After this happened I did an update and was taken to FF 9.0.1 . Using Mac 10.6.8

I tried creating a new places.sqlite file, and no help.

Any Ideas other than just don't put the offending bookmarks back into their sub folders??

Do you have any bookmarks with long names that may be causing it?

You can check the names of the bookmarks and make the longer ones shorter.

Thank you Cor-el!!!!! I've got 1 sub folder done so far and it seems to work just fine. I noticed it does not matter on main folders, only sub folders. Do you know what the character limit is for the sub folders??
