This page should show your current exact version number, and if it doesn't match the latest available, you can use the Player Download Center link on the second paragraph:

Adobe's site will always try to offer the player for your current browser, but you can use the "Different operating system or browser?" link if necessary to get one that is for Firefox ("other browsers").
