I don't see any of my settings or bookmark after switching to a new device
My laptop needed a refresh and all data needed to be erased. Thinking Firefox has synced all my bookmarks and settings I happily reset my laptop but now I just installed Firefox again and logged in but there is no settings, no bookmark! What happened to the bookmarks? Is syncing really reliable?

This forum is for Firefox users of Apple's iPhone and iPad devices. It sounds like you have installed Firefox on a laptop computer? If so, I suggest posting to the main Firefox Support Forum will be more likely to receive appropriate assistance.
