Roundcube Crashing
The latest version of Firefox (updated 7/5/20) was added to my Windows 10 PC and now every time I try to use the mail program Roundcube, the Firefox tab crashes. Just thought you ought to know about this bug so you can fix it. It's never happened with any previous version of Firefox, so something in your latest update isn't playing nice with Roundcube and has to be fixed.

We're sorry to hear that Firefox is crashing. In order to assist you better, please follow the steps below to provide us crash IDs to help us learn more about your crash.
The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.
- Enter about:crashes in the Firefox address bar and press Enter. A list of Submitted/Unsubmitted Crash Reports will appear, similar to the one shown below.
- Copy the 5 most recent Submitted Report IDs that start with bp- and then go back to your forum question and paste those IDs into the "Post a Reply" box.
Note: If a recent Report ID does not start with bp- click on it to submit the report.
(Please don't take a screenshot of your crashes, just copy and paste the IDs. The below image is just an example of what your Firefox screen should look like.)
Thank you for your help!
More information and further troubleshooting steps can be found in the Troubleshoot Firefox crashes (closing or quitting unexpectedly) article.
Thanks for the suggestion about sending the crash reports. Unfortunately, of all the tab crashes that occurred yesterday and today, only *one* report appeared. I submitted that one. But here's a link to it as well: https://crash-stats.mozilla.org/report/index/f6de0797-839b-47c5-a796-d927a0200707
You may see another conflict in the report that will help me, though.
Thanks, Lea
Can you try updating your computer's graphic drivers?
Thanks for the suggestion. I just updated my graphics driver, restarted my computer, and logged into my Roundcube account. It immediately crashed, and no crash report was reported. I'm not sure why crash reports aren't being reported. Is Mercury Retrograde over yet? ;-)
