Firefox attempts to block certain websites from automatically loading Adobe Flash content on security grounds. This could be preventing the website from using Flash Player. See The Flash plugin is blocked on some sites by default for more information.

You may also simply not have Adobe Flash Player enabled. See Why do I have to click to activate plugins? for more information on that.

The last thing that I would recommend, if the above doesn't help, is to go to the Adobe Flash Player help page and see if the animation at step 5 is working properly. This would help to determine whether the issue is with Adobe Flash Player as a whole or just the specific website that you are trying to use.

Hope this helps.
